PSA's latest announcement

PSA Expansion

The Team at PSA Systems is happy to announce the expansion of our PSA – Duryea location, making it PSA Systems’ new Community of Businesses Corporate HQ Campus. The expanded campus sits on nearly 25 acres and offers over 90,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and systems integration space; with additional acreage available for future expansion to the existing buildings as our business grows.

This new Campus will consist of a dedicated, centralized manufacturing center for advanced machining and fabrication services to support both internal and client-based fabrication solutions, a State-of-the-Art Custom Automation and Robotics Center for turnkey system integration, along with application and product development; as well as dedicated office and manufacturing facilities for the Dept. of Defense and SMT Tooling Divisions.

Bed Bug Oven design

Bed Bug Oven

Production Systems Automation manufactures an industrial Bed Bug Oven designed for use in hotels, hospitals, schools, and other institutions that may be prone to bed bug infestation. This Bed Bug Oven is capable of reaching temperatures of 130oF (54oC) to kill all bed bug life stages that could be present. The oven plugs into a standard 220VAC outlet, and is mounted on locking casters for maximum mobility. Each oven is constructed out of heavy-duty powder-coated steel, and the self-contained insulated cabinet uses electric heating elements with a gentle digital controlled forced air system to maintain temperature within 5 degrees. A 1" layer of fiberglass insulation is provided, and we foil tape all seams and joints. Our bed bug ovens also include two digital external mounted thermometers with probe extensions that can be placed in items being treated to ensure that the proper temperature (130oF) is being reached every time. PSA's standard bed bug oven has two (2) removable basket shelves inside, but the size of the oven and the racks and baskets inside can be customized to meet your specific needs.
